Job Description

HopCare Home Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our dedicated team providing home-based support to elderly and vulnerable clients. This role involves delivering high-quality care during evening and night shifts to promote comfort, safety, and dignity in our clients’ homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support with meal preparation, light household duties, and companionship.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Administer medication prompts and maintain accurate care records.
• Encourage independence and emotional wellbeing through respectful support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old (mature candidates welcome).
• Previous care experience preferred but not mandatory – full training provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and pass a DBS background check.
• Ability to work independently and with compassion.
