Job Description

HopCare Home Services is looking for dependable and compassionate Care Workers to provide person-centred day support to clients in their own homes and community settings.
This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing while assisting with everyday tasks and encouraging social engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming as required.
• Support clients with household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and encourage participation in daily activities.
• Assist clients in accessing community services, appointments, and social events.
• Monitor client wellbeing and promptly report any concerns or changes to supervisors.
• Administer medication reminders and maintain accurate daily care notes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in domiciliary, residential, or community care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a caring nature.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and pass a DBS background check.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is an advantage.
