Job Description

HopCare Home Services is seeking warm, professional, and reliable Live-In Care Workers to provide 24-hour, person-centred support to clients in their own homes.
This role suits individuals passionate about promoting independence, dignity, and comfort while providing consistent companionship and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Live with the client and deliver continuous support in line with their care plan.
• Assist with personal care — washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating or hydration where necessary.
• Carry out light housekeeping such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Prompt or administer medication and maintain accurate daily records.
• Offer companionship and encourage emotional wellbeing.
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous live-in or domiciliary care experience preferred but not essential — training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK and able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and empathy.
• Driving licence advantageous but not mandatory.
